Ink Uniqueness

We use advanced random methods to select your Own Ink, and include chemicals that make virtually impossible (0.0001% chance) to duplicate it by ordering from us. Malicious duplication of your ink can be achieved by a very good, high-complexity chemistry laboratory, thru a costly process that involves qualitative and quantitative analysis of a sample of your Own Ink. The more components you order, the more difficult duplication is.

Privacy Policy

We commit ourselves to provide our customers with a high level of privacy in relation to the personal information that is collected for the purpose of making the personalized ink.

Personal Information Collected

The information collected by Own Ink payment processor (2Checkout) includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, city and region. Also, data on your ink preferences. This information is collected for the solely purpose of performing the services that you have requested.

We do not use or disclose your personal information collected for any other purpose other than the primary purpose, unless you give us your consent for that, or when it is required by law.

If you wish to make a complaint about any breach or potential breach of this privacy policy or the National Privacy Principles, you can contact us.

Ink Validation Data

We can create Ink Validation accounts for those who want to check ink authenticity. They will be able to collect restricted data about the chemical composition of our inks. Those data will enable them to easily validate specific OwnInk signatures.

We priviledge banks, notaries and government officials, or others that might legitimately need to validate documents.

We reserve the right to deny registration as Ink Validator on discretionary basis, or to charge a fee in case we need to analyze documentation.

Our website

Our website will show data about the inks we sold for at least 10 years after the last purchase. In case of unexpected technical trouble we might supply alternative domains or validation means to our Ink Validators.
